Councilor Jaypee Labella of Cebu City was recognized as the vehicle’s owner. According to the report, the clamp on his automobile was released two hours after he paid the punishment.

The councilor praised the CCTO staff for carrying out their duties in his social media post. According to CCTO Executive Director Paul Gotiong, this is simply evidence that Mayor Michael Rama of Cebu City is running a flawless administration.
