3 Bar Customers Beat Man in Pangasinan
A man suffered injuries after he was mauled by three other customers at a bar in Tayug town in Pangasinan.
A male customer at a Pangasinan bar sustained injuries after three men smashed a bottle on his face during an intense fistfight. The suspects leave him inside the resto-bar.
Tayug Police Station officer-in-charge Police Major Anastacio Sibayan Jr. said that the incident started after the customers get pissed with each other. The cops were able to identify the victim.
“Ayon sa may-ari [ng restobar] at biktima, parang nag-abutan doon then, nagkakakursunadahan,” Sibayan said.
Sibayan said that the victim has been released from the hospital after receiving treatment for his injuries. The authorities are already conducting a manhunt operation to arrest the three suspects after they have been identified.
“Upon arrival sa place of incident, nakita ‘yung victim na sasakay na sana sa tricycle subalit nakarating ang [police personnels] doon, hindi pa sila nakakaalis, isinakay nila [sa patrol car] ‘yung victim, agad nilang dinala sa EPDH (Eastern Pangasinan District Hospital) ,” Tayug Police investigator Police Corporal Jun Mark Balbin said.
The restobar temporarily closed due to the incident. The bar management has been ordered to hire more guards and install additional security cameras to prevent similar incidents.
The establishment and the victim refused to give a statement regarding the incident.
