Cristy Fermin shared her thoughts on the current issue between Heart and Chiz
Veteran entertainment writer Cristy Fermin gave unsolicited advice to Kapuso star Heart Evangelista amid the issue between her and Senator Chiz Escudero.
The rumors that Heart and Chiz already broke up is one of the hottest topics in showbiz nowadays and this is one of the topics that Cristy and her Showbiz Now Na co-hosts Romel Chika and Morly Alinio discussed in her YouTube talk show.
Cristy recalled the time when Heart’s mother Cecile Ongpuaco held a press conference stating that she was against the relationship between her daughter and the politician. Fortunately, this family conflict was ironed out and Chiz became close to Heart’s parents.
The veteran entertainment columnist also recalled when the mother of the actress was asked about the breakup rumors. Cecile Ongpauco sounded like she does not know about the rumors but she is optimistic that whatever problem her daughter and the politician has, it will be resolved.
Amid this issue, Cristy Fermin said that the little details that Heart Evangelista is showing on social media, that ignite more speculations on the real score between her and Chiz Escudero, is not helpful.
“Pero sana, pakiusap ng ating mgakababayan, itigil na rin ni Heart ang pagbibigay ng lead, pagbibigay ideya na meron talaga silang problema tulad ng pag-iyak, pagpe-painting…” Cristy said.
The showbiz writer also said that it is a good thing that Chiz has remained silent amid the issue. “Kapag hindi ka nagbigay ng senyales na may nagaganap, makikita mo. It will die a natural death, mawawala ‘yan,” she said.
From the time Heart took down the Escudero surname on her Instagram page, speculation surfaced that she and Chiz are having a marital issue. Following that, different rumors circulated about the alleged reason for their supposed breakup.
The Senator allegedly impregnated one of his staff members while the Kapuso star is being linked to an Italian guy. On the other hand, some “sources” claim that they were able to reconcile and that they are still living together in one house.
With the social media postings of the actress amid the issue, Cristy Fermin said, “Kapag walang pain na isinasawsaw sa tubig, walang kakagatin ang mga isda. Kaya itigil ang pagbibigay ng senyales.”
