Lady Student Seeks Help After Holdup Suspect Stole Her Mobile Phone
QUEZON CITY – A lady student suffered trauma after a holdup suspect pointed a knife at her and stole her mobile phone.
A grade 12 student is trembling in fear and trauma after a male suspect stole her mobile phone in Quezon City. The incident happened along Barangay Masagana in Quezon City last Wednesday (September 14).
In the video, it can be seen that the 17-year-old student is heading home when she decided to check her phone in an alley. However, the male suspect pulled out a knife from his bag and declared a holdup.
“Inakbayan niya po ako nang mahigpit no’n sobra. Tapos po pagka-akbay niya po sa akin nang mahigpit no’n, tinutukan niya po ako dito ng matalim po. After po no’n, hawak na niya yung phone ko po. Sobra po yung pagkahigpit niya po sa leeg ko po talaga no’n so tinatry ko po talaga na umalis sa kaniya na kasi po natakot po talaga ako,” the victim said.
The minor victim tried to escape but the suspect was able to pin her and stole her mobile phone worth P17,000. The phone has been given by her parents as a birthday gift. The culprit immediately runs away after performing his illegal activity.
“Pasalamat na rin po ako sa Panginoon dahil wala siyang ginawa sa anak ko, hindi niya sinaktan. Sana mahuli siya para wala na po siyang mabiktima na iba,” the victim’s mother said.
The victim’s family immediately reported the incident to the barangay and sought help from Quezon City Police Department Station 8.
The authorities are already searching for the holdup suspect.
