Supermarket Crew Assists Customer Looking for “Farmer Sanchez”, He Earned Praises Online for Excellent Customer Service
GROCERY EMPLOYEE – A supermarket crew earned praises online after assisting a customer looking for ‘farmer sanchez’.
A Facebook user named Jun Aldovino ha shared the video footage of his friend looking for a mystery item called ‘farmer sanchez’. The video immediately spread like a wildfire online and elicits comments from the netizens.
In the video, the customer asked the supermarket employee if they have a mystery item ‘farmer sanchez’ referring to ‘Parmesan Cheese’. The crew immediately picked up the logic and bring him to the cheese section.
Aldovino’s friend was buying sirloin at SM Supermarket when he got bored and decided to do a fun challenge with a supermarket worker. The shopper was surprised after the attendant didn’t even hesitate to help him.
The employee leads him to the section of parmesan cheese. The shopper from Lucena, Quezon lauded the establishment for having the best customer service. The staff did not even laugh at his mispronunciation.
“He immediately assisted me kung saan. Ang galing niya pati ‘di sya tumawa at alam niya kung saan pa meron noon, sa section 41. Excellent customer service ‘di ba,” Aldovino said.
The crew identified as Fritz Vincent Adajo earned praises from the netizen because of his skills in assisting customers.
“Almost 5 months na rin po kasi ako sa trabaho ko as merchandiser, every day po ay different customers ang na e-encounter namin. Halos lahat po sa kanila ay mga inutusan [ako] mag-grocery kaya ko po agad na gets yung ‘farmer sanchez’. Sa totoo lang po bigla lang din po pumasok sa isip ko yung parmesan cheese,” Fritz said.
