Barbie Imperial answered controversial questions about her
Kapamilya actress Barbie Imperial contradicted that misconception of other people about what happened between her and actor JM de Guzman.
Barbie and JM were linked to each other back in 2019. That was after they worked together in the series Precious Hearts Romances: Araw Gabi. Based on the article in Balita, back then, the actress admitted that both she and JM were “wasak” and so the relationship did not prosper.
Both of them came from a breakup. At that time, Barbie just broke up with Paul Salas. “July nung nag-break kami ni Paul tapos si [J]M kasi lagi siyang nandoon talaga para sa’kin eh,” the actress shared in an interview in 2019. She also said that they were both in the process of healing when they got close.
In her recent vlog, Barbie Imperial answered intriguing questions, specifically rumors linking her to different actors, and one of them was JM de Guzman. She clarified that she and JM were not just “fubus” or “f**k buddies” because there was emotion between them.
“Uy grabe, hindi naman ‘fubus.’ May emotions naman ‘yun. Saka wala namang nangyari sa… joke lang,” the actress said and then she laughed. She also stressed that she loved JM. Barbie also recalled her past statement that even though a guy did not become her ex-boyfriend, there was still love.
“Hindi. Hindi kami FUBU, may emotions ‘yon. Like, minahal talaga,” the actress reiterated. In the same vlog, Barbie Imperial also answered controversial questions about Supreme Idol Daniel Padilla, Kapuso actor-host Xian Lim, and Ilocos Norte First District Representative Sandro Marcos.
Meanwhile, in a previous statement, the actress said that she has moved on from her breakup with Maid in Malacanang actor Diego Loyzaga who is now being linked to his Pabuya leading lady Franki Russell.
