When it comes to premium cuts of meat and steaks, Solaire’s Finestra Italian restaurant is surely on top of the list. The place boasts cuts of Japanese Omi and US Snake River Farms Wagyu beef and other classic dishes “cooked to perfection” by Chef Alan Marchetti.

And to prove that this restaurant is really on top of its game, it is named as among the top 20 Best Restaurants in Manila for 2018 and 2019 by Philippine Tatler.

From their menu, they have Snake River Farms Wagyu Beef, one of the best premium steaks in the world with a buttery texture, intense marbling, and subtle flavors. The restaurant also has Japanese Omi, one of Japan’s top three wagyu brands, and USDA Angus Beef which has fine marble and tender meat.

The most expensive in this section is the Japanese Omi Tenderloin 9+ which costs Php 21,000.00 per 200 grams.

Under the oven specialties are Tonno (grilled yellowfin tuna steak, Sicilian caponata), Petto di Pollo Ripieno (organic chicken breast, scamorza cheese, roasted cherry tomatoes, basil, eggplant, Nodino di Vitello al Marsala (Veal chop, Marsala wine, buttered carrots, sage), Agnello (Australian grass-fed 8-bone lamb rack), and Branzino in Crosta di Sale (salt crusted Mediterranean Sea bass).

They also have several choices for deserts to finish off a meal such as Malva cake, Finestra Tiramisu, Pannacotta Cheesecake, Warm Chocolate Cake, Ferrero Rocher Ice Cream Coupe, Zabaglione, and Cheese Platter.

The prices are VAT inclusive and subject to 10 percent service charge.
