4Ps: DSWD Reveals Number of Beneficiaries Removed from Program’s List

4PS – The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) revealed the number of beneficiaries removed from the list.

The current administration of DSWD reviewed the beneficiaries of 4Ps, one of the biggest anti-poverty programs of the government. The agency said that they will remove the beneficiaries who are not qualified to be in the list. Based on a report on ABS-CBN News, at a budget hearing, Social Welfare Secretary Erwin Tulfo said that 187,613 households have been delisted from the program and they are still validating 1.3 million Filipino families. Meanwhile, he expressed that those who were delisted may apply for other programs of the agency.
