“Café Saranggola” is the new investment of Seth Fedelin located in Tagaytay.
SETH FEDELIN – Kapamilya actor Seth Fedelin ventures into business and invested in this cafe with Bianca Lapus.
The best way to make someone’s money grow is to invest it in businesses. There’s a risk of losing but there’s also a risk of gaining and most people we know get rich because of their business. Celebrities who are no longer active in the show business industry still earn because of their businesses.
And also diving into this venture is 20-year-old Kapamilya actor Seth Fedelin. In a previous article, he bought a farm for his father. It gets him busy and property investment is also a good idea to put your money into because its value gets higher every year.
The actor also invested his money in a cafe situated in Tagaytay. He and Bianca Lapus put up Café Saranggola which can be found in Asian Village Tagaytay, Sta. Rosa-Tagaytay Road, Brgy. San Francisco, Tagaytay City. Apart from them, the other investors are Eddie Posadas (from Sacramento, USA), Claire Benigno, and Mae Maghirang.
According to Lapus, it was Seth who initiated the idea to enter doing business and during that time, Cafe Saranggola was under construction. She and her other business partners gave Fedelin a shot to enter this field to make use of his showbiz earnings for a better purpose.
Fedelin shared that the pandemic has made him realize a lot of things in life. He trusts Mama B (Bianca) to matters like this and he’s happy to be guided by her.
His perspective changed and realized that show business will not be forever his bread and butter. What he’s doing now, the investment and all is for the future of his family.
He said based on a report from PEP, “Kailangan nating mag-isip hindi lang sa nature ng work natin. Hindi lang sa TV ka lang hahanap, sa TV ka lang magde-delihensya. Dapat outside din.”
