Jodi Sta Maria Receives Best TV Adaptation Award For TBMV

‘The Broken Marriage Vow’ is named Best TV Adaptation and Jodi Sta Maria was the one who received the award.

JODI STA MARIA – ContentAsia Awards awarded ‘The Broken Marriage Vow’ Best TV Adaptation, event was held in Bangkok, Thailand.

ABS-CBN’s adaptation of BBC One’s hit global drama “Doctor Foster” locally called “The Broken Marriage Vow” nabbed a top prize at the ContentAsia Awards. The awarding ceremony was held at Thailand – in Bangkok.

The TBMV won Best TV Format Adaptation (Scripted) in Asia besting out other nominees such as Thailand and Hong Kong.

Apart from the series, filmmaker Treb Monteras II was named Best Director of a Scripted TV Programme for the musical series “Still” from Viu.

In this awarding, the other nominees from the Philippines include John Arcilla for Best Male Lead in a TV Programme for “On the Job: The Missing 8” and the ABS-CBN sitcom “My Papa Pi” for Best Asian Comedy Show.
