Here’s How To Join BLACKPINK’s #PinkVenomChallenge on YouTube Shorts
BLACKPINK – K-pop superstars BLACKPINK have invited fans everywhere to come to YouTube Shorts for the #PinkVenomChallenge.
BLACKPINK debuted in August 2016. The South Korean girl group is made up of Lisa, Rose, Jennie, and Jisoo. They had a smash hit song titled “Ice Cream” with the American singer Selena Gomez.
The K-pop group is now one of the biggest girl bands in the world. They were the first K-pop girl group to reach 1 billion Youtube views and perform at Coachella.
BLACKPINK is one of the most subscribed-to music groups on Youtube. On August 19, they release the music video of their new song “Pink Venom” on their Youtube channel.
A series of futuristic backdrops was shown in the music video. It was just like their previous songs; it was accompanied by electronic beats and rap verses.
“Pink Venom” is also the teaser of their upcoming second album “Born Pink.” It is set to be released on September 16, 2022. The group dropped the music video along with a challenge that fans can join to show their love for the superstars.

In collaboration with YouTube, BLACKPINK introduced the #PinkVenomChallenge, a dancing contest based on the girl group’s newest single. BLINKS need only go to YouTube Shorts, submit their best dance rendition of “Pink Venom,” add the hashtag #PinkVenomChallenge to the Shorts caption, and publish it live.
#PinkVenomChallenge will run from Aug 19 to Sept. 15, the eve of the group’s “BORN PINK” album release. Join in celebrating the K-pop girl group’s highly-anticipated comeback!
YouTube Global Head of Music Lyor Cohen said, “Every time BLACKPINK releases new music, they up their game to the next level and I am certain that ‘Pink Venom’ will be no different. ‘m all about the #PinkVenomChallenge on Shorts – it’s going to be amazing to see what BLINKs around the world create.”
In a previous article, Jennie Kim made her Hollywood debut in the upcoming show ‘The Idol.’ She is seen in several scenes with the lead actress Lily-Rose Depp in the official trailer.
