BOM GOSTO! AT THE PODIUM – If your tastebuds are looking for a Euro-Mediterranean adventure, Bom Gosto! is a perfect pick!
Sitting on the third floor of The Podium is the elegant restaurant of Bom Gosto! that boasts Spanish, French, Portuguese, and Italian dishes. The high-end restaurant is the collaboration of Chef Chele Gonzalez and restaurateur Jackson Go.
Chef Chele is “The Innovative Chef” in the food industry. He has worked in some of the world’s most renowned restaurants, including Andra Mari, Arzak, El Bulli, El Celler de Can Roca, Nerua-Guggenheim, and Mugaritz.
Go, on the other hand, is the Managing Director behind Vikings. He is also among the creators behind Tong Yang Plus, Four Seasons buffet and hotspot, The Alley, and Niu.
Bom Gosto serves dishes such as:
- Pinxtos de Jamon from Spain – it has ham, green bell peppers, quail egg, all on toast, polpette al sugo di pomodoro, Italian meatballs in tomato sauce
- Carpaccio di tonno con frutti di bosco – it has tuna carpaccio and strawberry slices dunked in virgin olive oil
- The Coquille Au Four – baked scallops with bechamel and gruyère cheese
- Insalada di pomodori con consistenza di parmigiano – it is a fresh tomato salad with basil
- Gambas al ajillo from Spain
- French filet mignon a la bearnaise truffee et jus de boeuf that has a mashed potato on the side
- Arroz de pato from Portugal – the rice comes with duck slices, chorizo, garlic, onion, lemon, and coriander
Also on the menu are desserts like Torrija de chocolate from Spain (caramelized brioche in milk and sugar with chocolate on top) and Italian tiramisu, a classic.
