Julius Babao Airs Frustration Over Food Received From Pizza Chain
JULIUS BABAO – Journalist Julius Babao posted a 2-minute video clip of the pizza he received from a restaurant pizza chain.
For some reason, people love complaining on various social media platforms. Oftentimes, instead of going directly to the customer service representatives, they post to complain about issues like poor customer service or defective products.
Some even take photos or videos of the item they are complaining about to show how bad it is. Sharing is exactly the point of social media. Good or bad, better or worse, the best or the worst – all these kinds of experiences are found on sites like Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook.
Recently, journalist and radio commentator Julius Babao took to his Facebook account to express his frustration over the food he received from a pizza restaurant chain. In his 2-minute video, he claimed that the pizza he ordered had plastic in it.
“Guys, dumating na yung order namin na pizza from Shakey’s. Itong… the weirdest experience namin, guys ‘no. Pinatungan ng cheese, ito o. Kaya pala ang hirap, kako, inii-slice ko kanina siya. Sabi ko, ‘Parang may plastic?’ So nung inangat ko ngayon guys, may plastic sa loob, see?” Julius said, lifting the plastic up from the pizza.

The 55-year-old celebrity said that the pizza allegedly had a plastic cover that separated the cheese from the dough. “May plastic, tapos yung dough nasa ilalim, sa ibabaw, pinatong nila yung cheese dun sa plastic,” he said.
“Buti hindi natunaw yung plastic, hindi sumama dun sa cheese kundi nakain namin yung cheese tsaka yung plastic. Nako, ano ba yan, Shakey’s. Anong nangyayari sa inyo?”
Meanwhile, Shakey’s has yet to make an official statement regarding the issue.
