Coco Martin Happily Welcomed A Marcos on FPJAP Set

Coco Martin and the FPJAP cast were visited by the Ilocos Norte Governor

Actor Coco Martin and the cast of FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano happily welcomed Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc on the set of their series.

It is known to many that Coco and many of the cast members of the longest-running TV series in the Philippines supported the candidacy of former Vice President Leni Robredo, one of the opponents of elected President Bongbong Marcos.

Apparently, Coco, along with his fellow Kakampinks on the set, were able to experience “unity” when a Marcos visited them, based on the article by entertainment columnist Rey Pumaloy in Abante. One of the cast members, Rosanna Roces, shared on her Instagram account the photos taken during Gov. Matthew’s visit. “Maraming Salamat sa Pagdalaw Gov Matthew Marcos Manotoc,” the actress wrote in the caption of her post. Rosanna was one of the celebrities who supported the UniTeam.

Meanwhile, Ang Probinsyano will have its finale soon after seven years. After several times that people anticipated its end, the series is finally getting towards the last episode. In a video that was posted on the Instagram account of Dreamscape, Coco thanked the fans of their series who avidly watch their episodes.

Over the years, the series has become part of the viewing routine of many Filipino households every weeknight. This is probably the reason why many were saddened when Coco Martin finally announced that the series is ending soon.

“Walang hanggang pasasalamat sa inyong pagsuporta sa FPJ’s Ang Probinsyano sa loob ng pitong taon. Hinding-hindi matatapos ang pagmamahal namin sa inyo kaya kapit lang sa huling tatlong Linggo,” the caption of Dreamscape’s post stated. The lead actor and director said that they will forever be grateful to everyone who joined them in their journey.
