A Kakampink supporter starts to sell rice at P20 per kilogram to help his fellow Filipino people amid surging prices of basic commodities.
The YouTube vlogger “Kakampink 101” has shared the video footage of himself selling rice at P20 per kilogram to help unfortunate Filipinos during this time of crisis. The post goes viral and garnered various reactions from the online community.
In the video, the kind-hearted vlogger together with his colleagues is preparing numerous sacks of rice, which will be sold for a very affordable price. After a few moments, numerous people queued in front of the vehicle containing a few sacks of rice.
The public figure started to sell rice at a very affordable price and around 50 families benefited from it. The beneficiaries happily strike a pose at the camera and expressed their gratitude towards the latter.
The good-hearted netizen from Bacolod City has started selling the rice two weeks ago around Taytay and Taguig areas. The guy also revealed that most of the beneficiaries are BBM supporters.
“It’s a reminder to help our kababayan no matter what color they support, actually, most of the beneficiaries are BBM supporters,” Kakampink 101 said.
