Ella Cruz trended on social media again
Actress Ella Cruz has this reaction to tweets of actresses Pokwang and Agot Isidro about her “history is like chismis” remark.
In a recent interview on King of Talk Boy Abunda’s YouTube Channel, Ella shared that her controversial statement happened during an interview for a different movie. She said that at that time, she has not received the script yet for Maid in Malacanang. Ella said that she had a screen record of the said interview because the news outlet that released her controversial statement deleted it already.
When she was asked if she was hurt hearing negative comments from fellow celebrities because of her statement. Regarding Pokwang’s comment, Ella Cruz said, “Hindi ko inasahan na masasabi niya ‘yun. Naging nanay ko po kasi siya e. Nine or 10 years ago.” They worked together in the series Aryana.
Ella said that the second tweet of Pokwang about her was already “OA” and “below the belt.” The young actress also pointed out that Pokwang and a writer of Aryana could have messaged her regarding this issue because she did not really expect to receive harsh words from them.
When asked what she wants to say to the Kapuso comedienne, Ella said, “wala na lang po.” Then, Tito Boy asked about Ella’s reaction to Agot’s tweet. The young actress said that she was surprised by this because after working together she and Agot did not have a communication anymore.
On the other hand, for Ella Cruz, the reaction of Agot Isidro was less painful than the one that she received from someone she considered a mother. “Pero nung nakita ko yung kay Mamang (Pokwang), sabi ko, ‘Bakit mas mabuti pa si Tita Agot?’ Na parang she’s just trying to save me. Wala siyang sinabing masama. Sinabi niya lang na sana nag ‘No Comment’ ka na lang pero mahal kita,” the Maid in Malacanang actress said.
