This is how the “Start-Up” director described Bea Alonzo and their working experiences with her.
BEA ALONZO – Jerry Lopez Sineneng and Dominic Zapata have these comments about Bea Alonzo and her professionalism.
Start-Up will be having a Philippine adaptation and it will star Kapuso artists Alden Richards and Bea Alonzo which will be aired on the Kapuso channel this year. This is the first project of Alonzo as a Kapuso star and her first time working with the actor.
Jerry Lopez Sineneng, one of the directors of the series, said that the two of them, apart from being so talented individually, also have great chemistry. They easily built good chemistry and being directors themselves, they know how hard it is to establish a chemistry between two artists.
“Ang nakita ko sa dalawa, I don’t know if they talk about it, pero ‘yung bigayan. I mean if it’s Bea’s scene, Alden would support ibibigay niya ‘yun kay Bea. If it is Alden’s scene, Bea will give it to him,” says Sineneng.
Working with Bea, he expressed that she is “napakahusay” in doing her craft. Dominic Zapata, on the other hand, praised Bea because all the good things he heard about her are all true.
Zapata said, “Sabi ko: ‘Bea, thank you kasi totoo lahat ng naririnig ko. Totoo yung chismis – mahusay, magaling, professional, tsaka mabait sa mga tao.”
Accordingly, she really acts like a veteran now. She doesn’t just know her story and lines but she knows the story of everyone because she did read everything in the script. He quipped based on a report, “That’s the mark of not only a consummate professional pero someone who’s a veteran.”
