Sue Ramirez shows appreciation for her character Lexy
Kapamilya actress Sue Ramirez said that she is thankful for her character Lexy in the series The Broken Marriage Vow.
Sue has the chance to be part of a major TV project which was adapted from the British series Doctor Foster. She played the mistress of the character of Zanjoe Marudo.
Many viewers were amazed by the “tarayan” scenes that Sue had with lead actress Jodi Sta Maria. During a recent interview for the upcoming finale of the series, based on the article in PUSH, Sue Ramirez said that she is thankful for having the opportunity to portray Lexi.
Through her character, she has seen her growth as an actress. “Ang laki ng growth ko and gusto ko mag-thank you kay Lexy kasi naging matatag siya. Pumasok siya sa isang maling relasyon sobrang bata pa niya, yung parang hindi pa siya ganun kabuo nung ginawa niya yung mga desisyon na yun. But she stuck to it. Talagang pinanindigan niya and with grace niya ginawa,” Sue Ramirez said.
The Kapamilya actress also said that although her character did a lot of bad decisions, still she was able to be a good mother and continued to be a good daughter to her parents. “Tingnan natin kung saan siya dadalhin ng lahat ng growth na napagdaanan niya,” Sue added.
She also shared that she likes the personality of Lexy. Sue said that her character is idealistic and when she sets her mind on something, she will really do it. “Kaya ang dami dami niyang ginagawa. May yoga studio siya, may anak, may jowa, gusto pang mag-venture into aral. Yung lahat feeling niya abot niya yung mundo,” Sue Ramirez said adding that this is also what she learned from her character.
The actress also shared that she has been absorbing the things she learned from people around her and she has certain contentment already. However, she realized that she can still go farther and dream bigger things.
