Friends of Tom Rodriguez spoke about his breakup with Carla Abellana
This is the alleged reason behind the breakup of Carla Abellana and Tom Rodriguez which was revealed by the friends of the actor.
It has been months since the breakup issue involving Tom and Carla started to circulate on social media. From unfollowing to blocking, until the deletion of their photos together, their fans have been waiting for their official statement.
Previously, speculations surfaced against the actor. He was accused of cheating and there were those who speculated that he is gay. Another issue against him is that he allegedly impregnated someone. Amid the breakup issue, Tom Rodriguez mentioned the “gag order” that has been preventing him to speak. He also contradicted the comment of a netizen saying that Carla Abellana still loves him.
In a recent Showbiz Update vlog of comedian-talent manager Ogie Diaz, he shared that he was able to talk to Tom’s friends and the alleged reason for the breakup was revealed.
It was said that one day Tom went home and he was shocked that all his belongings were outside their house. Allegedly, Carla did that after reading “flirting” messages on Tom’s phone from a woman. However, Ogie said that the actor did not give much attention to the flirting messages.
“Ito ginive-up daw ni Carla just like that,” Ogie said about the abrupt decision of the actress to break up with Tom despite the fact that they have been together for seven years. The comedian-talent manager also shared that it was actor Sam Milby who helped Tom Rodriguez when Carla Abellana forced him to leave as he has no immediate family in the Philippines.
Currently, Tom is in the U.S. and just living with his friends because he has no money. Ogie said that Carla knew that Tom has no money and though there were projects offered to him, the camp of the actress hindered these to materialize. “Talagang pinapatay ang career ni Tom,” Ogie said adding that he does not if this is true.
The comedian-talent manager said that his YouTube showbiz program is open to Carla Abellana’s side of the story. Ogie Diaz also said that friends of Tom Rodriguez strongly denied the allegations against him.
