Jane de Leon and Janella Salvador’s characters haven’t met yet
Kapamilya actress Jane de Leon shared that she is excited to do fight scenes with her co-actress Janella Salvado in the Darna series.
Jane has the biggest break in her acting career, so far. She was named the new Darna after a few bumps happened while the making of the Pinay superhero series. Finally, Jane’s character is ready to fly and defend the people.
One of the much-awaited parts of the series is the encounter between the female lead and the lead antagonist. Janella Salvador was named as the actress who will portray Valentina, the archenemy of Darna.
In a recent interview, based on the article in Abante Entertainment, Jane de Leon shared that they haven’t started shooting their fight scenes and she’s excited about this.
“Wala pa po kaming fight scenes together but sana this upcoming lock-in namin, sana ngayon magtunggali, magtuos na po kami,” the Darna actress enthused. When it comes to the challenges that she encountered, Jane said that there are a lot when it comes to the stunts.
Jane shared that they have to do the stunts that are suited to the preference of their audience now. The difficulties she is going through while shooting is nothing compared to the bonding that she has with other cast members.
The actress said that they are treating each other like family. “Walang toxic or anything. Nakakatuwa lang kasi lahat kami okay and solid kami, family talaga kami. Lahat kami tulungan kami, iba talaga sobra,” Jane de Leon shared.
As of this writing, no final announcement yet has been made regarding the premiere of the Darna series. Jane said that much-awaited scenes will surely hook the viewers.
