NADINE LUSTRE – Kapamilya actress Nadine Lustre slams an “uncalled for” comment of this person and this is her firm response.
One of the celebrities who actively campaigned for Vice President Leni Robredo for the presidency is Nadine Lustre. It was during the Pampanga rally of the presidential candidate that the actress appeared and performed. But ever since the declaration of Robredo, she’s always been vocal about supporting her.
And now, with the results of the election almost finished and showing that she comes second with a huge vote difference from the one that’s leading who is Bongbong Marcos, someone online mocked her. It was from someone named Maynard Domingo who told her “I told you so” for having less experience when it comes to testing political water.
Slamming the comment, she replied, “thanks! but “I told u so…”??? I don’t even know u”.
The netizen introduced himself as the one who was with her producer during the New York concert but Lustre was unfazed. She firmly stated that she has no regrets about being vocal and fighting for her political stand. She will accordingly stand by it forever.
And she added, “Thanks producing our show but doesn’t change the fact that your “I told u so” was very uncalled for.”
Robredo, despite the huge difference, when it comes to numbers of votes, is still not giving up. She comforted her disheartened supporters and told them to not give up because the real battle has just started.
Lustre, as a supporter, vouched for Robredo’s bravery to face critics while still continuing to serve the interest of the Filipino people.
