PIZZA STORE – A male customer lambasted a popular pizza store after he found something disgusting in his food.

A Facebook user named “Ra Bon Ni” has shared the video footage of the disgusting object he found in his food. The video immediately circulates online and elicits comments from the online community.

In the video, it can be seen that a worm is crawling into the food of the male customer’s mother. The guy told the crew and the store manager about the disgusting object on the plate of his mom.

The incident happened at Shakey’s Lacson Bacolod City on Sunday (May 8, 2022) during the celebration of Mother’s Day. He urged the fast-food restaurant to ensure the cleanliness of their food products.

The customer explained that he has no plan to post the incident but the store employees refused to apologize and just replaced the food as if nothing happened. He also urged the staff to practice good customer service.
