The Honor Play 6T was officially announced on April 7, 2022, and released on April 16, 2022. The 5G-ready smartphone is offered in three colors – Black, Silver, and Blue. It is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 5000 mAh battery + fast charging 22.5W.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the Play6T is 167.6 x 77.2 x 8.6 mm and weighs 198 grams. It features a 6.74 inches screen size and the display is TFT LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 720 x 1600 pixels resolution.
Platform:
The smartphone runs on the Android 11 + Magic UI 5.0 operating system. It is powered by Mediatek MT6833 Dimensity 700 (7 nm) Octa-core processor coupled with Mali-G57 MC2 graphics processing unit (GPU). However, the device doesn’t come with the Play Store or other Google apps like Calendar, Maps or Gmail. It is packed with 8GB of RAM while the internal storage has 128GB and 256 options.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Honor Play 6T consists of a 13-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth). It features LED flash, HDR, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
On the front, the phone features a 5-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking beautiful selfies and making video calls.
Sensors on the device include a fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, and compass. It also features GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, Bluetooth 5.1, USB Type-C 2.0, and USB On-The-Go (OTG).
