In the video, it can be seen that the police officers apprehended a motorcycle rider at a checkpoint. The cops asked for his driver’s license but the rider failed to present one and insisted on his right to drive without proper documents.
The motorcycle rider explained that he was a member of an indigenous group and their queen allegedly granted them the permission to drive without a license. He even challenged the policemen to file a case against their queen.
