Nadine Lustre slams bashers of VP Leni’s birthday message for Kim Chiu
Netizens criticized the birthday message of Vice President Leni Robredo for actress Kim Chiu because she said, “I know you’re in a good place now” and actress Nadine Lustre reacted to this.
The said message of VP Leni was bashed because as many netizens said, it was like a message for someone who already passed away. Kim slammed a netizen who criticized the message she received from her presidential candidate.
The Chinita Princess said that she perfectly understood what the Vice President said and that there was no need for the netizen to react because, in the first place, the message was for her.
Just recently, Nadine Lustre, as certified and proud Kakampink also defended the presidential candidate of Angat Buhay Lahat team. In her Twitter post, the actress said, “di nila alam ibig sabihin ng ‘in a good place’” and this included a GIF of the cartoon character Jerry who was crying.
Nadine shared another tweet about this. “Utak is ‘in a better place,’” she wrote. Several Kakampinks rallied behind the actress and there were those who thanked her for fighting for her political views.
Previously, Nadine shared her thoughts on the “President” tag that she received from her fans. She is known for speaking her mind and this is something that her supporters love about her. The actress revealed that she had no idea at first why her fans are calling her President Nadine.
Eventually, Nadine Lustre said that she has learned to embrace this tag from her fans because this makes her feel loved and accepted. However, she admitted that this comes with a responsibility to be mindful of what she would say and post on social media.
