Kim Chiu has this “feel good” answer to bashers of VP Leni’s birthday greeting for her
Chinita Princess Kim Chiu received a video birthday greeting from Vice President Leni Robredo but this was bashed by netizens because of her “I know you’re in a good place now” statement.
Kim’s 32nd birthday is extra special. The Kakampink celebrity received a birthday message from the presidential candidate she is supporting. The video greeting that Kim received was shared on her Instagram account.
Obviously, the It’s Showtime host was gushing over this. “Nakaka iyak na ang isang tao na alam ko na maraming ginagawa araw araw, doing everything for the people as a Vice President of our country and a soon to be PRESIDENT,” she wrote.
Fans and fellow Kakampinks of Kim Chiu expressed happiness for her also as she received kind words from the Vice President of the Philippines. However, critics of VP Leni slammed a part of her greeting for Kim.
“Kim, happy, happy birthday! Magkasunod pala ang birthday natin but I want to wish you a very happy birthday. I know you’re in a good place now,” the presidential candidate of the Angat Buhay Lahat team.
Those who are criticizing VP Leni said that it seemed like she was giving another kind of a message to Kim. Some said that because of this, they expected “rest in peace” reactions. In line with this negative reaction to the birthday greeting of VP Leni, Kim Chiu slammed the bashers.
She said that she was the one who received the birthday greeting and it is not for other people to react to. “Wag ka nga! di naman ikaw yung binati eh. Ako diba? Ako yung nag birthday. Nakikinood ka na nga lang ganyan ka pa. Ako kasi naintindihan ko,para sakin naman yung message.Ikaw ba?nabati ka na ng taong tinitingala mo sa birthday mo?. Bawas nega. Para angat buhay lahat.smile,” Kim Chiu said.
