Netizens reacted to the pink outfit of Vice Ganda
It’s Showtime host Vice Ganda caught the attention of the online community because of his outfit during the April 18 episode of the Kapamilya noontime show.
On Monday, the comedian-host was wearing an outfit with dominant pink details. Even his shoes and socks have a touch of pink. The socks that he was wearing also have an evident rose print.
Because of this, based on the article in Balita, this received speculations from netizens that he is a Kakampink. The color pink has been used by Vice President Leni Robredo since she started her campaign for the presidency. Her supporters are being called Kakampinks and they are using the rose as a symbol of their campaign.
On the other hand, as of this writing, Vice Ganda has not vocally shared yet his presidential and vice-presidential candidates. However, the Kapamilya star has been very vocal about his support for the senatorial candidacy of Atty. Chel Diokno who is part of the slate of VP Leni.
To recall, close friends of Vice in the entertainment industry such as Anne Curtis, Kim Chiu, Ogie Alcasid, and Regine Velasquez, have come out as Kakampinks.
Another thing that caught the attention of viewers of the Kapamilya noontime show was the statement of Vice about “alter accounts”. “Kasi yung iba ang tapang pero ‘pag tinignan mo, hindi naman nila pangalan, sa social media ang daming ganyan ‘di ba ang tapang, ang kuda— pero ‘pag tinignan mo, woii ‘di mo pangalan, alter account eh,” the comedian-host said.
Vice Ganda added that those who are not using their real names have no right to be courageous as he is stating this against online trolls.
