Anne Curtis is a Kakampink
Kapamilya star Anne Curtis showed her support for the presidential candidacy of Vice President Leni Robredo through her recent post featuring a pink rose.
Many celebrities have become active in the political scene this year and not just because of “raket” during campaign rallies. There are many celebrities who are openly expressing their support for a certain candidate because they believe in that politician.
Anne has recently expressed her political color and it is pink. She is among the Kakampink celebrities who believes that VP Leni should be the next president of the Philippines.
In her recent Instagram post, Anne Curtis showcased a beautiful pink rose and she wrote “A mother’s love” in the caption.
“Yan ang tawag sa rosas na ito. My mum planted this rose in her garden & how apt it is for this time… dahil ang pangarap sa ating bansa ay magkaroon ng ilaw sa ating tahanan na tinatawag nating Pilipinas na gagabay, ipaglalaban, proprotektahan at mamahalin ito mamahalin tayo… Kaya para sa akin,” the Kapamilya star said.
Anne also used the hashtags being used by Kakampinks or supporters of VP Leni to rally behind her presidential candidacy such as “Kulay Rosa’s Ang Bukas” and “Let Leni Lead.”
The actress-host also included the hashtag “Luv Anne Leni.” Anne also tagged the Instagram account of VP Leni in her post.
This post declaring her support for the Vice President received comments from her fellow Kakampink celebrities.
Actress Angel Locsin, Kapuso comedienne Pokwang, Pinoy Big Brother host Bianca Gonzalez, Magandang Buhay host Jolina Magdangal were among the stars who thanked Anne Curtis for standing for what she believes.
Many fans of the actress-host also showed support for her decision when it comes to her political stand.
