Nadine Lustre was challenge by her scenes in her new movie
Actress Nadine Lustre shared the reason why it was hard for her and her Greed co-stars Diego Loyzaga and Epy Quizon doing the last scene in the movie.
This movie, directed by Yam Laranas, served as a comeback movie project of Nadine under Viva. The story revolves around the life of a couple who won the lottery but it does not depict the elated scenario after winning a big amount of money.
As the title suggests, greed became a major factor why different conflicts surfaced. Based on the article in Bandera, Nadine shared how she and the two actors did the intense scene towards the ending.
“You really have to sustain all of the emotions. The scene was so violent. May kasamang violence and anger, that’s why it was really hard for us. After the cut, parang I would faint or parang aatakihin ako sa puso,” the actress revealed.
However, Nadine Lustre said that after doing the scene, that heavy emotion and feelings are all gone. “But for some reason, no matter how intense the scene was, when we went back to the scene nagtatawanan lang kami after. Super light. It’s really amazing to work with the same people, with the same team,” the actress shared.
Nadine added that she has been aiming to do this kind of project, something that it out of the box for her. She said that she has already passed the stage of “pa-cute” and romantic comedy genre.
“I don’t want to be boxed into that kind of branding. There’s so much more that I can do. There’s so much more that I can offer. It gets me excited. I know that it’s going to be a challenge. Hindi madali,” the actress said.
Meanwhile, Direk Yam revealed that the role of the lead actress really fits for Nadine Lustre. He said that he has not considered any other actress that would play the said role.
