Rufa Mae Quinto caught netizens’ attention once again due to her campaign event appearance
Comedienne Rufa Mae Quinto joined the campaign event of the team of Senator Manny Pacquiao after she made an appearance in UniTeam’s sortie before this.
Rufa Mae surprised many people when she joined the campaign event of former Senator Bongbong Marcos and Davao City Mayor Sara Duterte. Different reactions were expressed online.
UniTeam supporters were delighted by her decision to support the BBM-Sara tandem while there were those who criticized her and called her “b*ba”.
However, following that stint in UniTeam’s sortie, Rufa Mae Quinto caught the attention of the online community once again because of her appearance in Pacquiao’s team’s campaign event in Dumaguete City, based on the report from Inquirer.
This received various reactions from netizens. A netizen said that Rufa Mae also appeared in a sortie of Mayor Isko Moreno also. There were also netizens who anticipated that the comedienne will also join the campaign events of other presidential and vice-presidential aspirants.
Many netizens also concluded that Rufa Mae is just there to perform and not totally a show of her support for a certain candidate or team. Even movie and TV director Antoinette Jadaone reacted to this stint of the comedienne in political events. She retweeted the video showing Rufa Mae’s performance before the supporters of Pacquiao.
