Pilita Corrales revealed something about Janine Gutierrez and Rayver Cruz
Veteran singer Pilita Corrales was asked about the breakup of her granddaughter actress Janine Gutierrez and actor Rayver Cruz.
Janine is known to be very close to her Mamita. Pilita is aware that Janine and Rayver already broke up but she has no idea about the current love life status of her granddaughter.
Showbiz vlogger Timmy Basil recently shared an interview that he had with the veteran singer. Pilita was asked if she felt “panghihinayang” when Janine and Rayver broke up. She answered, “Alam mo, I like Rayver.”
The veteran singer said that she really did not know what happened however, based on what her granddaughter said, the reason for the breakup was the decision of the actor.
“I really don’t know what happened pero ang sinabi si Rayver and umatras,” the grandmother of Janine Gutierrez said. She continued by saying, “Yun and sabi niya (Janine), ‘Mita, it’s Rayver.’”
When asked to give her message to Janine and her rumored boyfriend Paulo Avelino she said that if it’s meant to be and if they really love each other, she has no right to do against their relationship. However, Pilita said that she has not talked to Janine yet regarding this matter.
Meanwhile, Janine and Paulo haven’t directly answered queries about the real score between them. Just recently, the rumored couple went to the US for Ogie Alcasid’s concert and Paulo even jokingly said that he will introduce Janine to his son Aki with LJ Reyes who is now staying in New York.
The actor also shared a photo of a woman on a beach which is similar to the photo of Janine Gutierrez that she posted on Instagram.
