The Xiaomi Redmi K40S was officially announced on March 17, 2022. The 5G-ready smartphone is kept on by a 4500 mAh Li-Po built-in battery + fast charging 67W + Power Delivery 3.0 + Quick Charge 3+. It is available in four colors: Black, Gray, Blue, and Green.
Body & Display:
The dimension of the Redmi K40S is 163.2 x 76 x 7.7 mm and weighs 195 grams. It is built with a glass front, (Gorilla Glass 5) and plastic back. It comes with a screen size of 6.67 inches AMOLED capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
Redmi K40S is powered by the Qualcomm SM8250-AC Snapdragon 870 5G (7 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 650. It runs on the Android 12 + MIUI 13 operating system. It comes in variants such as 128GB + 6GB RAM, 128GB + 8GB RAM, 256GB + 8GB RAM, and 256GB + 12GB RAM.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Xiaomi Redmi K40S consists of a 48-megapixel (wide) + 8-megapixel (ultrawide) + 2-megapixel (macro). It features Dual-LED dual-tone flash, HDR, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 20-megapixel (wide) camera.
