The 32-year-old politician said campaign organizers have been advised to hold their events in plazas or open streets. Leni-Kiko’s organizers decided to have their grand rally at Emerald Avenue in the Ortigas business district in Pasig City. The Pasig City government typically closes the area on weekends so that people can walk, jog and exercise.
