One of the victims, alias Marco, donated Romeo ten million pesos. According to the victim, they will purchase the chicks, which will be raised on Romeo’s farm, and they would receive a monthly dividend. He said that their transaction was well for the first several months till there were delays.

“Bibili kami ng chicks tapos yung chicks na ‘yun sila ang magpapalago sa farm nila then meron kang makukuhang dibidendo every month. Noong mga unang buwan okay po sila pero noong tumagal nagkaroon po ng delays,” said the victim.

Because certain well-known musicians became endorsers of the brand, Romeo was able to persuade them simply. They were no longer provided Romeo’s profit after a few months. They said that they attempted to speak with the PBA star but that he disregarded them.

“Ayaw po sana namin itong palakihin gusto po namin sana isettle so nagkita po kami kaso ayaw pa rin po makipagsettle,”said Marco.

The investors have already filed an official complaint with the National Bureau of Investigation, and Romeo appears to have left his cell phone number with them. Romeo has a number of additional victims who contributed millions to the basketball player but never got their money back.

Another disappointed investor, “Barbie,” informed Sumangil sadly that she had put P50,000 into the company. Fellow instructors at her workplace, on the other hand, contributed a total of P2 million to the firm.

Romeo’s camp has yet to reply to the claims leveled against him. Romeo’s wife, Beatrice Pia Espina, was arrested in January on charges of ‘carnapping.’
