Long Fei Yuan, a Chinese businessman, and Randy Obiar, Yuan’s Filipino driver and bodyguard, are the accused. The two suspects were apprehended at the Paranaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX) Building, according to a report obtained by Southern Police District (SPD) Chief Brigadier General Jimili Macaraeg.

According to the inquiry, the victim Shuai Hu, a Chinese national, reported his white Toyota Altis parked in the PRO Parking area on the third floor of PITX had been taken on March 4 to the PITX security office. When duty parking cashier Ronalyn Hernandez approached the terminal’s parking lot about 6:50 p.m. on March 5, he swiftly requested help from Security Officer-in-Charge France Cadano.

On board the stolen car, two suspects were caught. A sling bag containing a 9mm Armscor handgun, four magazines, 53 rounds of ammo, and an eight-inch Swiss knife was recovered from Obiar.

Yuan, on the other hand, was apprehended carrying a black sling bag holding $1,252,000 in cash. According to the article, the two suspects are being investigated by the Paranaque City Police Department.

This event will not be accepted in our country, and all lawbreakers, regardless of nationality, will be caught, according to Macaraeg. The SPD head stressed that aggressive police operations and other police interventions would be carried out to limit the frequency of crimes involving Chinese nationals victimizing their fellow citizens.
