The Lava Z66 was announced in the third quarter of 2020. The smartphone is available in three colors: Marine Blue, Berry Red, and Midnight Blue. It is powered by a 3950 mAh Li-Po battery.
Body & Display:
Z66 features a 6.08 inches screen size and the display is IPS TFT capacitive touchscreen that provides 720 x 1560 pixels resolution. It measures 155.60 x 73.50 x 8.85 mm and weighs 162 grams.
Platform:
The smartphone is powered by a UniSoc SC9863A Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is IMG8322. It runs on the Android 10 operating system. It is packed with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of internal storage. It also supports expandable microSD storage up to 128GB.
Main Camera:
The rear side of the Lava Z66 sports a dual-camera that consists of 13-megapixel + 5-megapixel. It features an LED flash.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 13-megapixel camera.
Connectivity options on the device include Bluetooth 4.2, WiFi 802.11 b/g/n, USB OTG, GPS with A-GPS, and GLONASS. Its sensors include an accelerometer, proximity, light, gravity, and fingerprint.
