Despite the fact that he was born from money and is surrounded by assistants, Sandro Marcos, the eldest son of presidential candidate Ferdinand Marcos Jr., has no idea what “DH” means. The video of Sandro Marcos became viral on social media, notably on Twitter, where he had no idea what the term “DH” (Domestic Helper) meant.

A video of Sandro asking about the meaning of “DH” has gone viral, with opponents claiming it demonstrates how out of touch the Marcoses are with the general public. So on January 10, he appeared as a guest on YouTuber RJ Nieto’s YouTube channel, popularly known as Thinking Pinoy.
After Nieto introduced himself as the ‘DH of the DHs’, Sandro was enveloped in astonishment. “First of all, ano bang ibig sabihin ng DH? Ano ba ‘yan?” Sandro asked. Nieto was surprised for a moment before responding, “domestic helper.”
On Twitter, several users, mainly supporters of Vice President Leni Robredo, joked about Sandro’s “luting” moment. A netizen who posted the video of Sandro’s question on Twitter, said: “Aside from the fact that he doesn’t know what DH means, the way he asked also bothers me a lot.”
On September 14, 2021, Ferdinand Alexander “Sandro” Marcos announced his candidacy for the first congressional district of Ilocos Norte in the 2022 elections. Sandro, who is 27 years old, is the cousin of Ilocos Norte Governor Matthew Marcos Manotoc.
He is anticipated to compete for the position with the Farias family. Ria Christina Farias is the current representative for the province’s first district, and is the daughter of longtime politician and former congressman Rodolfo Farias.
