The Tecno Camon 12 Air was announced in October 2019. The smartphone is offered in three colors – Ocean Blue, Alpenglow Gold, and Stellar Purple. It is powered by a 4000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable).

The dimension of the Camon 12 Air is 164.2 x 76.1 x 8.2 mm and weighs 181 grams. It is built with a glass front, a plastic back, and a plastic frame. It comes with a screen size of 6.55 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 720 x 1600 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
Camon 12 Air runs on the Android 9.0 (Pie) + HIOS 5.5 operating system. It is powered by Mediatek MT6761 Helio A22 (12 nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is PowerVR GE8320.
The smartphone is packed with 8 GB and 12 GB RAM options while the internal storage has 128 GB and 256 GB options. The storage option can be expanded up to 256GB using an extra memory card via a dedicated card slot.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Tecno Camon 12 Air consists of a 16-megapixel + 5-megapixel + 2-megapixel (depth). It features Quad-LED flash, panorama, and HDR.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features an 8-megapixel camera. It also features HDR.
