Raging Man Badmouthing, Chastising Small Size Genitals of Cops Jailed
A raging man fell in jail after allegedly badmouthing the patrolling cops and chastising the measurement of their genitals.
Police officers in Quezon City have arrested a guy after he became enraged and reportedly hurled obscenities at responding officers. Arnold Julio, a 50-year-old man from Quezon City’s Barangay New Guard, was identified as the culprit.

The event happened in front of the gate of Grass Residence Condominium at Misamis Street, Barangay New Guard in Quezon City, according to the report of the Criminal Investigation and Detection Unit of the Quezon City Police District (CIDU-QCPD). Security guards allegedly summoned two police officers who were conducting a follow-up operation.
Based on the findings of P/Cpl. On board the mobile patrol were P/Ssg. Jerome Mendez of CIDU. P/Cpl. Alvin Quisumbing and Alvin Quisumbing Paule. The security guards alerted the two cops of a violent altercation in their neighborhood.
When the police arrived, the guards instantly pointed out the culprit, who was running amok in front of the apartment and had reportedly instigated a brawl. Quisumbing and Paule approached the suspect right away to calm him down.
The suspect, on the other hand, is accused of pushing them and shouting obscenities at the officers. He even criticised law enforcement officers’ employment and the measurement of their genitals.
“Kayong mga pulis, wala kayong kuwenta! Puro jakol lang ang alam n’yo! Mga jakolerong maliliit ang etits!” he shouted.
As a consequence, the culprit was apprehended and placed in custody right away. They accused him of unfair vexation, alarm, and scandal, as well as resisting arrest and disobedience to the person of authority’s agent.
