What happened between Diego Loyzaga and Barbie Imperial?
It is rumored that the problem between Kapamilya stars Diego Loyzaga and Barbie Imperial started to occur after they celebrated their first anniversary.
For several days, rumors circulated that Barbie and Diego had already broken up. However, despite being interviewed through virtual media conferences, neither of them talked about the status of their relationship.
Breakup speculations hyped up when Diego went to the states without Barbie. When he asked why his “girlfriend” was not with him, the actor said, “Patay tayo diyan,” based on the article in PEP.
That somehow prompted the thought that he was hinting about the real score between them. However, Diego Loyzaga explained that it was because he left the Philippines all of a sudden. He even said that he thinks Barbie couldn’t go with him because she has no blue passport.
Following the speculations since the holiday season, Barbie Imperial finally broke her silence. She confirmed that she and Diego have indeed broken up. However, she did not divulge the details.
They celebrated their first anniversary last December 11. However, before Christmas Day, it was rumored that their relationship was on the rocks already.
On December 3, during the virtual media conference for their first movie together Dulo, Diego told reporters that they will not entertain questions not connected to their movie.
At that time, Barbie was having a conflict with newbie actress AJ Raval who was the leading lady of Diego in the movie Death of a Girlfriend. To recall, social media personality Xian Gaza accused Diego Loyzaga of courting AJ Raval while he was seeing Barbie Imperial already. Xian also prompted a rumor about the alleged fight between Barbie and Diego in a hotel room.
