The Tecno Camon 12 was released in August 2019. The smartphone is fueled with a non-removable Li-Po 4000 mAh battery. It is available in three colors: Dawn Blue, Dark Jade, and Sky Cyan.
Body & Display:
Camon 12 is built with a glass front, a plastic back, and a plastic frame. It measures 166 x 75.8 x 8.2 mm and weighs 170.7 grams. It comes in a 6.52 inches screen size and the display is IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen that provides 720 x 1600 pixels resolution.
Platform:
The device runs on the Android 9.0 (Pie) + HIOS 5.5 operating system. It is powered by Mediatek MT6762 Helio P22 (12 nm) processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is PowerVR GE8320. It is packed with 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage.
Main Camera:
The rear side of the Tecno Camon 12 sports a triple-camera that consists of 16-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 2-megapixel (depth). It features quad-LED flash, panorama, and HDR.
Selfie Camera:
On the front, there’s a 16-megapixel (wide) camera for clicking selfies and self-shooting videos. It also features HDR.
Sensors on the smartphone include fingerprint (rear-mounted), accelerometer, and proximity. It also features WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, hotspot, GPS with A-GPS, Bluetooth 5.0, FM radio, and MicroUSB 2.0.
