SUE RAMIREZ – Here’s what Sue Ramirez said to the future bashers of her character in the series “The Broken Marriage Vow”.
“The World of a Married Couple” and BBC Studios original Doctor Foster is “The Broken Marriage Vow” of the Philippines. The Pinay actress who will play the iconic roles of Dr. Gemma Foster and Dr. Ji Sun-woo is Jodi Sta. Maria as Dr. Jill Ilustre.
The other main characters are:
- Zanjoe Marudo as David Ilustre (Simon Foster in the original), the cheating husband
- Sue Ramirez as Lexy Lucero (Kate Parks in the original), the mistress
- Zaijian Jaranilla as Gio Ilustre (Tom Foster in the original), the son
And now, as the airing of the series nears, Sue, the actress playing the mistress, has already had the hunch that she will be hated by many because of it. She is expecting this part when she accepted the role but she would gladly embrace it if she will be bashed because of it. Accordingly, it only means that they appreciated how she pulled it off.
“Alam ko naman na pag bina-bash nila ako ang bina-bash nila si Lexy pero hindi si Sue. Nananawagan ako sa lahat, kalma lang po tayo. May pandemic ngayon (laughs). Huwag masyado manggigil sa akin. Pero okay lang sa akin. Tatanggapin ko lahat. Hindi ako para pigilan sila sa mga nararamdaman nila at gigil nila sa mga character na gagampanan,” she said as per a report from PUSH.
