The Realme 9i was officially announced on January 10, 2022. The device is powered by a 5000 mAh Li-Po battery (non-removable) + fast charging 33W. It is available in two colors: Blue and Black.
Body & Display:
Realme 9i is built with a glass front, a plastic frame, and a plastic back. It measures 164.4 x 75.7 x 8.4 mm and weighs 190 grams. It comes with a screen size of 6.6 inches IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen display resolution of 1080 x 2412 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio.
Platform:
The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm SM6225 Snapdragon 680 4G (6 nm) Octa-core processor while the graphics processing unit (GPU) is Adreno 610. It runs on the Android 11 + Realme UI 2.0 operating system.
The phone comes in variants such as 64GB + 4GB RAM, 128GB + 4GB RAM, and 128GB + 6GB RAM. The storage option can be expanded up to 1TB using an extra memory card via a dedicated card slot.
Main Camera:
The rear camera of the Realme 9i consists of a 50-megapixel (wide) + 2-megapixel (macro) + 2-megapixel (depth). It features LED flash, HDR, and panorama.
Selfie Camera:
For clicking selfies and self-shooting videos, there is a single camera on the front that features a 16-megapixel (wide) camera. It also features a panorama.
Sensors on the phone include fingerprint (side-mounted), accelerometer, proximity, and compass. It also features Bluetooth 5.0, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, hotspot, GPS with A-GPS, GLONASS, GALILEO, BDS, USB Type-C 2.0, and USb On-The-Go (OTG).
