Marvin Agustin apologized to his customers after his Cochinillo business received bad feedback and was criticized online.

Marvin Agustin, a well-known showbiz figure who earns money through his cooking skills, is one of the many notable showbiz personalities who delve into business. The actor’s online business Cochinillo or the roasted piglet went viral online.

It attracts much attention online as Marvin shows videos of him how he makes the roasted piglet showing the mouthwatering crispiness. As a result, many customers ordered it to prepare for their Noche Buena.

However, due to alleged delayed delivery and bad customer service, Marvin’s business was inundated with complaints just before Christmas. The actor said that their kitchen equipment was malfunctioning, and many couriers had canceled the delivery.

Marvin apologized to consumers who were inconvenienced by the issue in his business in a Facebook post. He explained that they encountered unexpected complications, which caused them to be unable to respond to clients’ inquiries right away.

“Napakahalaga ng Pasko sa atin, lalo na sa dami nang pinagdaanan natin ngayong nakaraang taon kung kaya’t napakasakit para sa akin na madami kaming mga taong naperwisyo kahapon at ngayong araw na ‘to,” the actor wrote in his post.

“I am very sorry to each one of you. Maling-mali na nagpa-overwhelm kami sa mga di inaasahang problema, nagkulang kami sa aming serbisyo, at hindi namin agad-agad na natugunan ang inyong mga katanungan. At masakit man yung mga nababasa ko, tinatanggap ko lahat kasi talagang nagkamali ako,” he added.

Marvin promises to make up as much ground as possible for all of the consumers who have been let down. His team is already reaching out to customers to address their issues, he stated.

“My team and I have reached out to some of you, the people I’ve caused terrible inconvenience and an awful experience during the most important and special occasion of the year. And you will continue to hear from me in the next few days,” he said.

“To those who have not received a message from us yet, I am just gathering all the information so we can address your concerns properly. Bawat isa sa inyo mahalaga sa akin at sa aming trabaho. I promise each one of you, we will do better,” he promised.
