She claims she ended her relationship with the suspect because she could no longer handle the anguish of his jealously after four years of dating. However, because the man could not accept what had occurred, he sent Ana’s naked images to certain family and friends in an attempt to persuade the victim to return.
When they get back together, the suspect claims he would delete and not spread Ana’s naked images. As a result, Ana reported the incident to the police in order to put an end to her ex-criminal boyfriend’s activities.
Following the complaint, the authorities launched an investigation against the suspect. Ana set up a meeting with her ex-boyfriend at a convenience shop, claiming that she wanted to mend their relationship.
Authorities promptly came out and cornered the suspect when they met up at the specified spot. Grave coercion, violation of the Violence Against Women and Their Children Act, and violation of the Anti-Photo and Video Voyeurism Act are among the allegations leveled against the suspect.
