Car Driver Run Away After Accidentally Hitting Public Jeepney
The video footage of a car driver who immediately run away after hitting a public utility jeepney elicits comments online.
Over the past few decades, road accident has been one of the most common traffic problems not only in the Philippines but also in different countries all around the world over the past few decades. It usually causes injuries and even death to the victims.
The traffic authorities are implementing stricter rules and regulations to prevent such incidents but accidents still happen due to reckless motorists.
A Facebook user named Mark Angelo Layron has shared the actual footage of a hit-and-run incident along the road involving a public jeepney and a Ford Everest. The video garnered various reactions from the social media users.
In the video, it can be seen that the Ford Everest accidentally hits a public utility jeepney in the middle of the road. The vehicle driver did not even bother to stop and check the jeepney driver and passengers.
The car driver immediately run away after the traffic altercation as if nothing happened. The incident left the public jeepney with damage, which will probably cost some amount of cash due to the incident.
However, it was still unclear if there are injured passengers inside the jeepney.
