MJ Lastimosa Shares Hilarious Experience In Israel During Miss Universe 2021 Pageant

MJ LASTIMOSA – Actress and beauty queen MJ Lastimosa shared her funny experience at the Miss Universe 2021 pageant in Eilat, Israel.

Filipino-Arabian model, tv presenter, and beauty pageant titleholder MJ Lastimosa was crowned Miss Universe Philippines 2014. She was a top 10 finalist in the Miss Universe 2014 competition.

She’s among the people who made the trip to Israel to support this year’s bet Beatrice Luigi Gomez. The 34-year-old beauty queen was there with Shamcey Supsup, the Miss Universe Philippines (MUPH) pageant director. Bea has been receiving so much support from Shamcey and MJ.

During the prelims, Lastimosa and Shamcey Supsup loudly cheered for Beatrice Luigi Gomez. The two former MUPH titleholders took to their IG account to post clips showing Bea’s catwalk. Netizens praised MJ and Shamcey for showing so much support to the Cebuana beauty queen.

Bea made it to the top five of the Miss Universe pageant. It was Miss India Harnaaz Sandhu who bagged the crown as Miss Universe 2021.

MJ Lastimosa had a funny experience in Israel during the prestigious pageant. She shared the the whole story in her Kumu Live saying, “Lalabas na ako at pupunta na ako sa coaster ni Ms. Olivia Quido, hinabol ako ng adviser. The adviser said, ‘Where are you going? Where are you going? Where’s your sash?’ Nagulat ako, akala niya candidate ako.”

She also tweeted, “Kaloka ‘yung advisor in-award ako, Bakit daw ‘di ko suot ang sash ko. Hahahahaha award!”

In another Tweet, MJ Lastimosa shared that locals were interested in knowing who she is. She said, “In fairness, sa mga nagtatanong na locals dito kung taga saan ako at pag sinasabi ko na Philippines, nagugulat sila. ‘Wow, Filipina! Are they all beautiful like you?’ I say, ‘And a lot more!”
