Cop Injured 1 of 7 Men Accosted for Creating Chaos While Drinking in Tondo, Manila
One of the seven males arrested for causing mayhem while drinking was injured when a cop retaliated by shooting him in Tondo, Manila.
According to a report from the Manila Police District (MPD), a guy was shot by a responding cop in retribution for reportedly attempting to shoot him. The wounded man and six others were accused of causing mayhem in Tondo while drinking.

Vicente Ubias, Ruben Dio, Flaviano Aron Jr., Eduardo Ubias, Richard Melo, Agrifino Esteroza Jr., and Robert Badong were among those arrested. The event occurred on Mel Lopez Blvd., Tondo, at 9:30 p.m. the other day, according to the Manila Police District-Police Station 1.
It was discovered that Brgy. Ronald Cusay, a guard, was killed. He said it was 101 because of a group of men who were drinking and causing havoc. P/Cpl. Pat and Marvin Floyd Aguilar Because there were only two of them, Apostol requested backup.
Vicente allegedly kicked Apostol while reprimanding the suspects, and when the latter collapsed, the former brought out a revolver and shot Aguilar. Because the round missed, Aguilar was able to draw his weapon and shoot the suspect, who was injured in the thigh.
When backup officers came, the culprits were apprehended and Vicente was taken to the nearest hospital. At the Manila Prosecutor’s Office, the suspects are charged with Direct Assault, Attempted Murder, RA 10591, Breach of Peace, and RO 5555.
