BOBBY EUSEBIO – Former Pasig Mayor Bobby Eusebio went viral on FB after calling out the city.

Residents and even those outside Pasig have lauded current Pasig City Mayor Vico Sotto for his leadership. And, he’s especially praised for his allocation of the city’s budget.

However, former mayor Eusebio criticized Pasig’s current state in a Facebook post. “Parating na siya si Hesukristo ang ating manunubos. Pasig, ano na ang nangyari? Walang parol? Wlang kumukutitap sa kalsada? Hindi mararamdaman ang diwa ng Pasko“, he said.

However, residents of Pasig said that lights and sparkles aren’t the only way to celebrate the Christmas spirit. And, instead of getting supporters for his post, netizens heavily criticized the former mayor.

Maganda ho ang alokasyon ng budget ng Pasig ngayon. Mas malaki ang natipid na pwede pa ilaan sa ibang bagay. May mga pailaw naman hindi nga lang ganun kaengrande pero hindi naman yun ang mahalaga.

Furthermore, others commented that the city had prioritized the health and well-being of its residents. “Madami pa ho yung problema sa lungsod bukod sa pandemya, sana ho hindi tayo ganon ka babaw“, the netizen added.

Meanwhile, another netizen highlighted one of Vico’s previous interviews when he was still running for Mayor. During the interview, Vico said the city could spend up to 10 million for Fiesta’s and most would be spent in just a day.
