Valencia, according to witnesses, barely finished the game and was disoriented and unable to stand after calling the winner. Following the struggle, the unfortunate Filipino vanished and was transported to the hospital. After a few days, it passed away.
Valencia’s mother admitted that she advised her son to drop out of the fight, but he refused, despite the fact that he was not a professional boxer. The family and UNLV school officials are now questioning if enough safety precautions were taken during the incident.
According to the victim’s family, there was no doctor or medical assistance accessible at the event, as well as no professional referee. His relatives said that he had sustained brain traumas from which he never recovered.
According to the family’s lawyer, the family is heartbroken over the death of a dear one. They have requested privacy at this difficult time of mourning. According to the family’s lawyer, this was an utterly avoidable and unnecessary tragedy that will be thoroughly investigated.
